No, we are doulas and childbirth educators! This course is for education and support, and we always encourage you to discuss your care with your provider.
A doula is a trained support person who provides continuous emotional, physical, and informational support during pregnancy and birth.
This course gives you a strong foundation- but in-the-room support is a different kind of care. Many families choose both, but this course is incredibly valuable on its own or alongside a doula. We also offer virtual doula services if you’d like to work with us from afar!
Absolutely! We designed this class with birth partners in mind. Your partner will walk away knowing what’s happening, how to support you, and what to say (and what not to say) in key moments.
Most families start between 20–34 weeks, but you can take it whenever feels right for you!
If taken all at once the class will take you 3 hours. However, it’s self-paced and designed to fit into real life. You can move through it all at once or come back to sections as needed.
You’ll have ongoing access for up to 1 year after the date of purchase so you can revisit the content whenever you need it.
No, we actually help filter the noise. Think of this as the “what actually matters” version of birth education. Social media can be helpful but it’s not a comprehensive education. We connect the dots so you actually understand what you’re seeing.
